Importance of voting

The vote consists of the event by which a person offers his support for a proposal or by a candidate or list of candidates, either in secret form or by means of a public act. The importance of voting lies in its nature of recourse to define the ways to follow by a community, including small groups or also large administrative regions, such as municipalities, provinces or the national state.

The vote is an essential part of the systems of democratic organization. Thus, in modern democracies, universal suffrage is a relevant component of the vote, for which there are no formal exclusions for this Act, within the legal limits that mark the law of each nation. Many historians have emphasized that one of the bras of the democratic societies of the twentieth century has been the amplification of the number of individuals in a position to vote, with the progressive incorporation of younger subjects, women and other traditionally marginalized groups in many of their civic rights.

Likewise, the vote is usually considered as equal, that is, there are no differences in the amount or quality of the vote issued by each elector. In collegiate systems, however, it is emphasized that in the face of equality in the number of votes, the President of the legislative body can cast a second vote to break a tie and define a final path to a proposal.

The condition of secrecy is one of the most important characteristics of the vote today. In this way, the pressures that may arise from factors such as fear, political repression or certain prebendarios aspects, especially in the democracies of non-industrialized countries, are avoided.

The compulsory vote is one of the conditions that has experienced greater debate over the decades, since those who endorse this situation are based on the fact that their implementation makes the universality of the vote more effective. However, its critics believe that, when compulsory, the vote loses its status as a right to become a duty, thereby subtracting its democratic status.

In one way or another, contemporary societies cannot be conceived without understanding in the day or day the undoubted importance of voting in their conformation and functioning.

Importance of planning

The planning proposals include, among their objectives, improving decision-making with the goal of achieving a searched end. Therefore, a planning strategy should take into consideration the present situation and all those other factors that can generate repercussions to achieve that end.

It is therefore admitted that it is only possible to design a planning after the precise identification of the problem to be addressed. Once the problem is known and interpreted, the development of alternatives for its approach or solution by Limit calculators. After defining the advantages and disadvantages of these possible approaches, we opt for the most convenient planning and decide on their implementation.

An essential resource of the human being for the organization

One of the most concrete and useful attitudes to perform a good standard of living, neat and easy to foresee is planning. The set of actions are designed to tend towards a forecast of the time and the number of activities that one intends to realize in that period. At the same time, planning involves a conscious and responsible work on certain actions or decisions that need to be taken, for example when planning a state or government plan.

Under this look, it is conceived that planning, more or less conscious, is part of all human behaviors. Some of these tools are integrated into neural circuits for certain acts, such as food intake, while others are acquired and automated over time, as is the case with driving vehicles. However, the superior behaviors (psychological, social, artistic, intellectual, academic) are only achieved within the framework of complex and strategic planning, which often require the participation of many people for their concretion.

Plan as the basis of everyday life

If we take into account that all human societies since the beginning of history have had to be planning societies in order to subsist in time and to survive possible external agents that affect the quality of life of its members (for example,) by keeping a part of the harvest for the winter, we will understand that planning is a central part of a community's survival.

The same is true of individual life as much of what happens in our lives and in our routine can be planned, organized and planned in such a way that one can prepare for circumstances. Although there is always a degree of unforeseen in our agenda, the reality is that to establish a routine, to think about the future or in the possible adversities and to look for solutions to problems that can be given is always useful.

Current life and lack of permanent foresight

One of the main features of modern life is the fact that we are all permanently embedded in a myriad of activities and obligations to fulfil. This continuous sum of duties makes many times we get disordered and feel that it is more important to live here and now, the present, regardless of the future, with respect to our lives in the long term but also what will happen in a couple of months or days.

These attitudes are very typical of a lifestyle in which the only thing that counts or is worth is the present moment and planning for the future is understood as an exaggeration that is not necessary. This is very visible for example in the way a person faces a career or in which a student is faced throughout the year to the demands of each of the subjects he is studying.

In modern times, planning also includes elements related to profitability, that is, with the balance between the risks and the benefits, or between the necessary costs and the potential gains. The rationalization of resources to achieve its maximum performance is only possible in the approach of sober and definite planning.

It is worth highlighting the role of computing in the creation of planning strategies, since modern software allows to include multiple specific or random variables to give rise to the best definition algorithms. In specific areas, such as the health economy, planning seems to be impossible today without the collaboration of digital support strategies.
